Three takes on the homeowner flow

Each one runs from the address to a booked visit, plus "Email me this estimate", on Hartfield & Sons Roofing's page. Open them on your phone. Today's flow takes 13 taps to a re-roof price, 4 for slipped tiles and 10 for new gutters.

A. One question per screen, with pictures

Every answer is a picture first and words second, and a three-part bar shows "Your job", "Your home", "Your price".

Dropped or moved

Taps to a price: re-roof 5, slipped tiles 3, new gutters 3.

Open take A

B. A short conversation with Dave

Dave's fixed messages ask one thing at a time. The homeowner taps a reply, and the thread itself shows the progress. Tapping an earlier answer winds the thread back.

Dropped or moved

Taps to a price: re-roof 6, slipped tiles 3, new gutters 3.

Open take B

C. Start from your house, then point at the problem

The homeowner confirms their house on the aerial picture, then taps the part of a house drawing that needs work. Each answer pins to the drawing as a label.

Dropped or moved

Taps to a price: re-roof 7, slipped tiles 4, new gutters 4. The extra tap is the house check up front.

Open take C

The three share the same rules: before the price they ask only what changes it, they never ask for photos, show no measurements, carry Hartfield's brand and fixed wording, and keep a shown price fixed. All three start "Which of these is your home?" straight after booking. Prices and pictures are samples. Take B pre-fills the booking fields so you can tap straight through. PIT-147.
